Reservations:
A deposit of 10,000 yen per tour will reserve your day with us and early booking is recommended.
各ツアーにおいて、１万円のご予約金にて予約が完了となります。早めのご予約をお薦め致します。
Gratuities:
It is the custom in Europe to show your appreciation with a tip to the Driver/Guide but only if you are satisfied with your tour.
ドライバーやガイドへのチップは、感謝の気持ちを表すヨーロッパの習慣です。ただし、お客様がツアーにご満足いただけた時に限ります。
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted but all tours make frequent stops.
車内の喫煙はお断りしておりますが、お客様のご要望があればツアー中に各喫煙場所で止まることが可能です。
Children:
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
１６歳以下のお子様に関しては、保護者の方の付き添いをお願いいたします。
Cancellation:
Full Day Tours - A refund will be allowed up to 60 days prior to tour departure.
ツアー出発日の６０日前のキャンセルは、全額払い戻しいたします。
Accident or Loss:
We have made no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss, however caused unless due to our employees' negligence in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to the maximum of the refund of the tour cost.
遺失物、荷物の損傷、お客様のご都合による遅れに関しては一切の責任は負いません。しかし、私どもの過失による場合は、ツアー代金を全額払い戻しいたします。死亡、ケガなどの場合はこの限りではありません。
General Conditions:
We may, at our descretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his or her acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability. ALL MATTERS CONCERNING ANY BOOKING SHALL BE SUBJECT TO ENGLISH LAW

ご予約に関する事柄は全て、イギリスの法律のもとに行われています。
